During my time at 1000heads, we turned Talabat’s massive fanbase into a living, breathing brand community across the Middle East, fueled by the insight that real conversations, not generic posts, win hearts (and hunger). After deep-diving into regional behaviors, moods, and peak craving times, we built a smarter social machine, a full-scale strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat, powered by community-driven content, hyper-targeted activations, and a multi-tier influencer ecosystem that transformed everyday brand fans into loyal advocates.

I led Talabat’s influencer program across 5 platforms, turning a massive fanbase into an active community, boosting engagement rate by 12%, growing followers by 15%, and generating 4M+ organic impressions by mapping cravings, moods, and moments to the right content at the right time.
